One of the exciting aspects of living in the forest are the structures we call home. They say a picture is worth a thousand words... so enjoy some visual reading while planning your next outing.
Our Fully-equipped Kitchens include:
Oven, range & microwave, refrigerator with freezer,
Toaster & coffee maker, cookware & utensils,
Silverware, dinnerware, glasses & mugs.
Cabin 1 with loft and two bedrooms - sleeps 8
The loft in Cabin 1 sleeps 4 comfortably and consists of one full and two single beds. The downstairs bedrooms consists of a queen bed in one and 2 single beds in the other.

Cabin 2 with loft and one bedroom - sleeps 9
The roomy loft in Cabin 2 sleeps 7 comfortably and consists of one set of bunk beds, one full and three single beds. While the downstairs bedroom will sleep 2 on a queen size bed.

GENERAL
- All rates subject to 6% Sales Tax & 3% Hotel Tax.
- Weekend is two nights including a Saturday night.
- Weekly reservations may start on Friday or Sunday.
- Midweek includes Sunday thru Thursday nights.
- Two night minimum on advanced reservations.
- Reservations accepted up to one year in advance.
RESERVATIONS
- A deposit of approximating 50% of your rent, excluding tax, extra persons and pet(s) is required within 7 days to secure your reservation.
- A Pet Security Deposit of $100.00 must be received one week in advance of your arrival.
- Payment must be Check, Cash, or Money Order,we do not accept credit cards.
- The balance due must be made when you check-in on the day of arrival.
- If you cancel and we can re-rent your cabin, we will refund your deposit less a $35.00 re-booking fee. If we cannot re-rent your cabin your deposit is subject to forfeiture. However, at our sole discretion, we may elect to issue a partial refund or credit toward a future rental.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- Additional people over 4 is $10.00/day per person.
- Pets: $10.00/day per pet.
- A Pet Security Deposit of $100.00 must be received one week in advance of your arrival.

Directions
From Brookville and points East, Interstate 80 Exit 78
- Travel North on Route 36 for 11 miles.
- Turn Right on Route 899 down the hill for 1 mile.
- Cross over the Clarion River.
- Turn Right onto Back St. (second right just after the bridge) for 2/10 of a mile.
- Turn Left on Cherry Run Rd. for 3/10 of a mile.
- Turn right on Bailey Dr. Travel up the hill, cabins will be on your right.
